Korea Sintered Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') values your personal information and complies with the "Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement aims to regulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the user and the service provider (hereinafter referred to as "Korea Sintered Metal") in using the member services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the website of Korea Sintered Metal.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms)

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

① The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:
- User: A member and non-member who accesses the service and receives services provided by the service provider

- Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member

Article 4 (Formation of Service Contract)

The service contract is established by the user's consent to the terms and the service provider's acceptance of the user's application for use.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

An application for use is made by the user recording their personal information in the membership application form required by the service provider on the service's member information screen.

Article 6 (Acceptance and Rejection of Application for Use)

① The service provider may accept an application for service use in accordance with internal regulations if the application is made with accurate information as specified in Article 5.
② The service provider may restrict the use of some services until the reasons for restriction on the application are resolved in the following cases:
- - If the content is found to be false or there is reasonable cause to suspect it to be false.
- - Other cases deemed necessary by the service provider.

- - When not applied under one's real name.
- - When applying under someone else's name.
- - When the contents of the application are falsely stated.
- - When actions or expressions are made against the purpose of the website.

Article 7 (Amendment of Contractual Matters)

Members can view and edit their information at any time through member information management. Members must amend any information provided at the time of application when it changes, and members are responsible for any problems arising from not making such amendments.
